Q09. Write the steps to rotate an image object.
Answer:
We can rotate an image in two ways-
v  Using Rotate option:
1.  Select the image.
2.  In the Home tab, within the Drawing section, click on the Arrange button
3. From the Rotate command click a rotate option from the list of rotate subcommands.
4. If we want to rotate more specifically, click on the More Rotation Options subcommand and specify the degree in the Rotation option within the Size tab in the Size and Position dialog box that appears.
  By dragging:
1. Select the image. There is a special handle sticking out of the top of the image.
2.  Click on the special handle and while keeping the mouse button pressed, drag the mouse to rotate the selected image to the desired direction.
Q10. How can you make the group of objects? What is benefit of group objects?
Answer:
To make a group of objects-
  1. Select the objects using the Shift/Ctrl key on the keyboard.
  2. Right click on the selected objects, select the Group command from the popup menu displayed.
  3. From the submenu, select the Group command.
The objects are now grouped together as a single graphic object.
Benefits of grouped objects:
  1. Using group we can transform two or more objects as a single object.
  2. We can move all the objects within a group together.
  3. We can also copy or delete two or more objects simultaneously if they are grouped.
Q11. Write the steps to add transition/animation effects into a slide.
Answer:
Transition Effects:
Transition effects are displayed when we move from one slide to another. To add transition effects:
  1. Open the slide in which we want to add transition effect.
  2. Within the Animations tab click on the down arrow within the Transition to This Slide section.
  3. Apply a transition effect by clicking on a transition within the drop down list.
The transition effect will be applied to the slide that was displayed.
Animation Effects:
 We can add animation effects to the text and other objects within slides. To add animation effects-
  1. Select the text box or object in which we want to add animation effect.
  2. Click on the down arrow to the right of the Animate section within the Animations tab. This will display a drop down list of options.
  3. Select an effect from the list. This effect will animate when we run slide show.
Q12. How can you hide a slide and display a hidden slide?
Answer:
Hiding a slide means not to display a slide in slide show during presentation. To hide a slide-
  1. Show the slide show in Slide Sorter view by clicking on the Slide Sorter icon displayed at the bottom-right of screen.
  2. Right click on the slide that we want to hide and from popup menu displayed click on the Hide Slide command. This slide will be hidden during presentation.
Displaying a hidden slide:
  1. Run the slide show. Right click over the slide that is displayed.
  2. From the popup menu displayed click on the Go to Slide command. A list of the slides will be popped up.
  3. Select the hidden slide whose slide number will be displayed within brackets ().
Then the hidden slide will be displayed during slide show.
Q13. Write the steps to print 9 slides in one page.
Answer:
The steps to print 9 slides on a page are as follows-
  1. Click on Office button. Form the drop down list click on the Print icon. This will display the Print dialog box.
  2. Click the down arrow in the Print What section and select Handouts from the drop down list.
  3. Specify 9 clicking on the down arrow in Slides per page section. Click OK.
Now the printing will provide nine slides in one page.
