2.     Organising : Organising/Organisation is a system of Co-operative activities of two or more persons

3.     Directing : The executive function of direction embraces those activities which are related to guiding & supervising sub-ordinates

4.      Staffing: (New Selection of staff, Training, Promotion, Transfer, demotion)

5.     Co-ordinating: (It is the orderly arrangement of group effort to provide unit of action in the pursuit of a common purpose)

6.      Motivation: Performance = Ability X Motivation

7.      Controlling: (Verification of performance)
